Iowa City Landscaping and Garden Center Nursery Stock Guarantee

All of our plants are true to name, up to grade, and in healthy growing condition when they leave the nursery.

• All woody nursery stock (trees, shrubs, vines, roses) are guaranteed for 1 year (an extended warranty is available if you are a member of our Garden Club). Replacements will be made with credit or nursery stock equal to 100% of the original purchase price. No cash refunds will be given for plant warranty. You must present your receipt along with the dead plant(s) to receive replacements. For Garden Club members, or plants that were installed by Iowa City Landscaping & Garden Center, we retain a record of the receipt. Plants installed by Iowa City Landscaping & Garden Center will be replaced with no labor charge. Only plants with more than 50% death will be considered for replacement.
• This guarantee does not include annual or perennial flowers, ornamental grasses,
  living Christmas trees, houseplants, or plants in above ground planters.
• This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.
• Replacements are made 1 time only at the original purchase price.
• Exclusions include plants purchased for resale; plants discounted 50% or more;
  plants destroyed by acts of nature, vandalism, animals, and past-due accounts.
